The Brookridge community is in the popular "maintenance free" section of River Wilderness Golf and Country Club.Manatee County's Best Kept Secret. A true jewel of a community nestled in a secluded, tropical sanctuary where homes and lifestyle are relaxing. At Brookridge we are a few minutes escape to powder soft white sand and clear blue waters of Florida's award-winning Gulf Beaches. Memberships are available at the luxurious River Wilderness Golf & Country Club.

The Villas
The Villas is a small sub association in our community.
The Villas were the first "neighborhood" in River Wilderness. People who were having their homes constructed wanted to live on site. They rented the smaller Villas here and watched while their houses were being built. The Villas have a great set of Covenants & Declarations, and they are written in plain language vs the "legalese" that the subsequent covenants were written in.
Located in Everglades City, River Wilderness Waterfront, The Villas offers an outdoor pool. In addition to the stunning pool views, River Wilderness The Villas offers a range of amenities for residents to enjoy. From scenic walking trails to community parks and recreational facilities, there is something for everyone to appreciate in this vibrant neighborhood.

The Islands on the Manatee River is a year-round playground for those who love boating, fishing and water sports of all kinds. Located on Florida’s Suncoast, the central and southwest coast of Florida that borders the Gulf of Mexico, this tranquil golf and boating community on the north shore of the Manatee River is close to miles of sun-kissed beaches and shimmering water.
